This is the disbelieving reality of gaslighting, ramming misinformation and mistruths into your brain to force your thinking and thought processing that it is YOU who is the problem, delusional, melodramatic, confused, over sensitive, too soft, 'nahhhh, that's not right' , your crazy!!! Narcissists love to play this perverted twisted game of making you second guess yourself and your reality, making you believe that you've lost your mind and that your the nutjob!  They also love doing a toxic act, like quietly poisoning a pet and letting you think the pet just got sick and died! They further enjoy watching and exploiting your pain as you grieve the loss of your much loved pet,  knowing your none the wiser to the real cause of the pets demise was actually the narcissist!  Gaslighting is a narcissists pathological tactic of messing with your head whilst giving you the illusion that they love you!  Narcissists are incapable of love, they don't feel empathy and this is why it's easy for them to hurt and destroy their targets!  The victim never suspects their narcissistic partner is the cause of their grief or its confusion, or why things don't add up and seem NQR!  Education of NPD/ASPD is paramount to help you understand and survive what narcissists tactically do to abuse and confuse you!  Gaslighting abuse is premeditated!
